Dear Tim,
Thank you for replacing my exterior home door. Your recommendation was perfect. Your crew arrived on time cleaned up on time and finished exactly when you said they wood. Other handy man told my it would take twice as long!
Although the door looks great I think the best attribute is not having a breeze running through my house! My recent heating bill is proof of this. My heating costs down by 15% from last year. Thanks for recommending the energy star door. At this rate the new door will have paid for itself in a few months! Dear Tim,
I wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for the recent roof repair that you and your workers did for my wife and I. As you are aware two other contractors looked at this project to find the leak in the roof which caused damage to the wood portion of the roofing and inside of the home.
When you and I initially talked about the problem you said that you would look at it and get back to me with ideas and cost. To my surprise, you called me back within an hour of our meeting and quoted me a cost as well as told me what you found to be the problem. The work was started and as luck would have it, there was a big rain storm during the process. The roof was covered to avoid any further or additional damage as it was now exposed. Within the next few days the job was completed and there was no sign of any work being done. No leftover material, garbage or anything to clean up. Virtually all I have to do is make the check for payment.
The job was done on a very timely basis, no clean up needed by me, the problem solved and at a very reasonable cost. It doesn't get any better!!! If anyone has a concern about the quality and experience of your work, please have them call me to put their mind at ease.
